Offer: Bare Funerals UK Limited (Bare) will provide a free cremation for any person (the deceased) located within a 120 kilometre radius of the Headingley Stadium, Leeds (the location) between 12:00am 6 July 2023 to 11:59pm 10 July 2023 (the period). The Offer includes:

  1. collection of the deceased from an address (e.g. residence, hospital, aged care facility) within the location;
  2. an unattended cremation (no memorial or funeral service) of the deceased; and
  3. return of the deceased’s ashes to the customer at an address within the location.  

Eligibility: The Offer may be redeemed by a person who:

  1. is over the age of 18 years old;
  2. a resident of the UK; and
  3. is authorised to deal with the deceased’s remains, being the next of kin or executor of the deceased’s estate,

(the customer).

Exceptions: The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion , discount or voucher. The Offer is limited to one cremation per customer. The Offer must be taken as stated and is non-transferable, not exchangeable and not redeemable for cash.

Changes: Bare reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice or liability. The terms will continue to apply to any Offer redeemed prior to such action.

Redeeming offer: To claim the Offer, customers must complete the form at www.barecremation.co.uk/freecremation. All claims are subject to Bare’s verification and approval, and Bare may withdraw the Offer at any time in its absolute discretion.

Liability: Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Bare (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Offer, including, but not limited to, any claims by a third party challenging the customer’s right to arrange cremation of the deceased. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bare’s maximum aggregate liability for breach of any non-excludable condition or warranty/guarantee implied by virtue of any legislation is limited to $1145 (GBP).

Personal information: Bare will collect personal information from the customer to enable them to claim the Offer. Bare may disclose such personal information to third parties including its contractors and agents and service providers to assist in providing the Offer. Governing law: The terms of this Offer are governed by the laws of England.
